At GomuRugs, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, only in the cases permitted below.

2. Strict Conditions to Accept a Return

For a return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • It must be in perfect condition, without marks, scratches, odors, or signs of use.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, protections, and accessories.
  • The product will only be accepted if it arrived defective or damaged from the factory.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must place a new order once the original return has been approved.

7. Right of Withdrawal in the European Union (14 Days)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason.
